Yes and while it will not have the same quality as one printed on shiny photo paper, if you print it out in the best quality, put it in a frame and hang it on the wall, no one is going to know any different. I do it all the time. Photo paper is SO expensive and just not worth the trouble.
You can also upload your pictures to an online company like shutterfly and have them printed and shipped to you for pretty cheap.
